Piped
Open Source AGPL-3.0Privacy-friendly YouTube frontend with a modern UI
Description
Piped is an alternative privacy-friendly front-end for YouTube built with a modern, app-like interface. It proxies all requests so that neither Google nor your network can easily track what you watch, blocks ads and sponsor segments via SponsorBlock integration, and supports subscriptions, playlists and a feed without a Google account. Piped separates the front-end from the proxy backend, so multiple instances can share infrastructure, and it can be fully self-hosted. It is a sleek, tracking-free alternative to the official YouTube app.
