addy.io (formerly AnonAddy) is an open-source anonymous email forwarding service. You can instantly create aliases on the fly, even without logging in, and any mail sent to them is forwarded to your real inbox while keeping your address hidden. Replies and outbound mail are sent through the alias so the recipient never sees your real address. It offers PGP/GPG encryption of forwarded mail, custom domains, catch-all aliases, and detailed activity logs. addy.io is self-hostable and developed in the UK/EU, making it a privacy-respecting alternative to Apple Hide My Email and Firefox Relay.
